Cintailah dan bencilah sewajarnya 

Rasa Cinta dan benci adalah dua hal yang fitrah ada di dalam diri manusia. 

Meskipun begitu,  keduanya haruslah tetap ada batasnya. 

Ketika mencintai secara berlebihan kita merasa menjadi seorang yang sangat 

Memiliki hal tersebut sedangkan,  kita lupa bahwa ssemua yang ada didunia ini milik 

Allah.  Semua yang kita miliki hanyalah titipan dari allah

Yang bisa allah ambil kapanpun. 

Begitu pula sebaliknya ketika sangat membenci sesuatu secara berlebihan maka hanya akan ada rasa benci serta marah yang menguasai hati dan pikiran.  Jingga akhirnya sulit membedakan mana hal yang baik dan mana hal yang buruk.  Padahal kita tidak pernah tau jika suatu saat nanti apa yang terlihat buruk dapat menjadi hal yang baik bagi kita. 

Oleh karena itu cintailah dan bencilah siapapun atau apapun dengan sewajarnya.  Kamu tidak merasakan kehilangan sesuatu atau seseorang yang begitu besar saat hal yang km cintai tidak menjadi milikmu lagi. Juga kamu tidak akan dibutakan oleh rasa benci saat hal yg km benci ternyata baik bagimu. 

Allah knows while you know not

goji berries

               Goji     Goji berries are dried fruits of two species of the boxthorn-Lycium barbarum and L.  chinense.  The Lycium genus belongs to the fanily Solonaceae,  to which tomatoes and potatoes also belong.  On a tree,  goji berries hang from branches in stalked clusters of three to six,  like little red tubes with rounded ends,  up to four-fifths of nd inch  long and about half of an inch wide.  Each berries contains between ten and sixty tiny yellow seeds.
                    The harvested fruit are nout found in fresh from outside  their area of growth.  Virtually all are dried immediately after harvesting in a careful way to avoid  bruising the berries,  although the extend of the drying process may differ between areas. The dried fruit can be cooked or boiled and used in soups as flavourings in meat dishes with other herbs.
                     However since 2000 there has been a considerabe effort on the part of commercial growers in China,  Tibet and some Himalayan regions to publicize the medical properties of goji berries notably as source of antioxidants (which are beneficial from inflammations and cardiovascular disorders) and protection against the infirmities of old age ( including several forms of cancer, protein, and vitamin deficiency disorders)

If you can set your camera to make a very long exposure,  you can entertain youself by drawing with light in the dark.

You'll need :
• a camera
• a darkened room
• a flashlight
• a tripod

What to do :
1. Check your camera instructions to find an option that gives a 15 to 20 second exposure
2. Place the camera pointing into the middle of the room
3. Turn on your flashlight and turn of the lights of the room.  Make the room be as dark as possible
4. Press the button of your camera,  stand back And whirl your flashlight around while you count the seconds. Try to draw patterns of Light, such as swirls or star shapes.
5. When you run out of moves,  turn off the flashlight.  Check the camera. If it is still recording wait for it to stop. Then see what kind off image you've made.  It is wonderful!
